What personal data we collect
Information you provide to us
Account information - If you create a Shadowmap account, we may require you to provide an email and a password. Optionally, you can also enter a name and the intended use of Shadowmap.
Transactional information - If you purchase products or services from us we will collect certain information from you, including your name, address, email address, and information about the product or service you are purchasing.
User behaviour - We collect, with your consent, information about your behaviour on our services. The collected information is stored as pseudonymized interactions and is used to improve the functionality of our services.
Location information - We may receive and process information about your location. For example, with your consent, we may collect information about the specific location of your device.
Other information - You may choose to provide other information directly to us. For example, we may collect information when you request customer support, apply for a job, or otherwise communicate with us.
Information we collect automatically
Log and usage data - We may log information when you access and use the services. Do not track - Most modern web browsers give you the option to send a Do Not Track signal to the sites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. However, there is no accepted standard for how a site should respond to this signal, and we do not take any action in response to this signal. Instead, in addition to publicly available third-party tools, we offer you the choices described in this policy to manage the collection and use of information about you.

We are based in the European Union but we may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of our users and service providers. Where applicable law requires us to ensure that an international data transfer is governed by a data transfer mechanism, we use one or more of the following mechanisms: EU Standard Contractual Clauses with a data recipient outside the EEA or the UK, verification that the recipient has implemented Binding Corporate Rules, or verification that the recipient adheres to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework.
